Enquiries and introductions
Enquiry links open the separate NBS Finance application service and its privacy notice. Read that notice before submitting. It explains the information collected, document handling, retention and authorised introductions. This marketing website does not store application submissions. Enquiry links include the originating page and funding topic to help identify your requirement.
Email and telephone enquiries may include your contact details, business requirement and correspondence. We use them to respond, understand the requirement and manage the relationship. An initial conversation does not itself authorise an introduction. Agree an appropriate sharing route before sending confidential documents.
Why information is used
We normally rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating and protecting our commercial-finance service. Steps requested before an arrangement and legal obligations may also apply. Where you authorise an introduction, relevant information may be shared with lenders, funders or specialist intermediaries. They are responsible for their own assessment and privacy information.
Hosting, cookies and suppliers
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and communication suppliers process information needed to deliver and protect the website and respond to messages. Technical information can include connection details, browser information and access logs. Supplier terms and applicable data-transfer safeguards govern processing outside the UK.
We have not added analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies to this website. Fonts and images are hosted locally. The separate application service has its own privacy choices.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, record keeping, complaints or legal requirements. NBS Finance schedules new or unsuccessful enquiries for review after 12 months and progressed enquiries after 24 months. A review may result in deletion, anonymisation or justified continued retention. The application privacy notice explains its document and technical-record schedules.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent where it applies.
