NBS Funding is a service operated by Isaac Powell, trading as NBS Finance, a commercial finance broker and introducer. It is not a lender or a separate incorporated company.

Availability and comparisons
Funding is subject to provider assessment and terms. There may be multiple routes, one or none. NBS does not claim whole-of-market coverage, the lowest rates, exclusive pricing or guaranteed approval. The service scope and any written output should be agreed for the case.
Introductions and remuneration
A route may involve a lender directly or a specialist intermediary. NBS Finance does not charge the client a broker fee. We are paid by funders when a facility completes. Relevant roles and remuneration are explained before an introduction progresses. See facility fees and costs.
Regulatory scope
NBS Finance is not FCA authorised. This service is intended for commercial requirements of UK limited companies, not consumer borrowing or regulated credit advice. Each requirement must be checked for appropriate scope before being progressed.
Professional advice and commitments
Provider agreements and actual terms govern funding. Obtain appropriate legal, tax or accounting advice where required. Do not cancel an existing arrangement or commit to a purchase on the assumption that replacement funding will be approved.
